Savisto Gluten-Free: How to Make Celiac-Friendly Flat Breads

Flatbread is the easiest bread you’ll ever make, which is probably why it’s been around since long before the oven was invented. It’s the perfect complement to a curry or kebab and just an all-round great snack.

Follow this celiac-friendly recipe and you’ll have a batch of gluten-free flatbreads in no time.

Did we mention they’re gluten-free?

What you need:

100g gluten-free flour
8tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
2tbsp oil plus extra for frying

What you need to do:

1. Pour the flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the man-made well and stir until everything is mixed nicely together. Once that’s done, leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes to thicken up.

2. Heat a little oil into a frying pan before pouring in about a quarter of the mixture. Cook until crisp and brown.

Easy, eh?
