How to Make Perfect Scrambled Eggs


How do you like your eggs in the morning? We like ours scrambled, on toast, with a pinch of salt and pepper. 

Scrambled eggs is one of the quickest and easiest meals you can make, but’s it’s more than just eggs and milk in a bowl. There’s an art to this recipe and once you’ve mastered it you won’t look back.

We’re not content in letting you tuck in to just any kind of scrambled eggs for breakfast, we want you to enjoy perfect scrambled eggs. 

That’s why we made this video. 

We’re taking it back to basics to show you how to really scramble those eggs and have a plate full ready to serve in minutes.

What you need:

2 eggs per hungry person

Splash of milk

Splash of oil

1/2 tsp butter

Salt and pepper for seasoning

What you need to do:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a splash of milk and beat the eggs. 

2. Put a pan over a low heat and add in the oil and butter. Pour in the eggs and continually stir and fold the mixture for a few minutes. 

3. When the eggs are almost ready, but still a little bit runny, remove them from the heat. The eggs will continue to cook in the pan.

4. Season with salt and pepper and serve with spinach on toasted bread or bagels.
